We lose a bit of our connection to self through our desire to change our bodies. Heather's talk will touch on the negative effects dieting cause - how it teaches us to not listen to our gut (literally) and how that transfers to our lives. Inspired by her own personal journey, Heather will share her thoughts on how we can elevate out of that and how ANYONE in any body can learn to listen and trust themselves. We can become our own guru and start showing up fully for ourselves in our lives.

She is a trainer, nutrition geek (with the certifications to prove it) and developer of the Magic Mindset Program, a self-paced in-diet corse to reconnect with your body. Heather hosts the Magic Mindset Podcast and is the owner of Nourished (by NYSF) - a facilitation practice to help women shed the behaviors keeping them stuck and embrace their potential.
