Vol. 4: Friday Faves - Relation-shifts
I was trying to find the right words to describe this week. But I'm out of them. It was good, it was bad, maybe even a little bit ugly. But we survived and are wiser because of it.
Spring is for fresh starts. Look at the old junk that's ready to be taken out to the trash. You wouldn't put the trash on the curb and then dig out an old banana peel, right? So, let's leave the garbage where it belongs and dust off our better-off-without-it shoes. Enjoy this weeks relationship themed favorites.Need help getting over a break up? Catch you next week!

This week's April 27, 2018 recommendations.
1. Soulmate shiz: We love learning divine information about soulmates and twin flames and how to tell the difference between the two. And we love Matt Kahn. So OF COURSE we have to share his incredible video that combines the two. Bare with his slow talking because this is really juicy stuff! Watch his Soul Contracts, Twin Flames, and Soul Mates video here.
2. Read up: If you consider yourself an empath, I HIGHLY recommend The Lightworker Relationships by Sahvanna Arienta. This book takes you through why you might be attracted to certain types of people and how to reclaim your energy and heart.
3. Rosey Posey. Since this actually turned into relationship theme recommendations, let's talk about a rose quartz. If you are looking for the perfect stone to heal your heart, this is it! If you're unfamiliar with the power of crystals pink and green crystals hold the same vibration as your heart chakra, which is partly responsible for your ability to connect and give/recieve love. Hook yourself up with one of these beauties, raw or polished!
4. Spa Day Self-Care: If you are local, you need to spend a few hours up in Ithaca. Check out Taughannock waterfall, dip your toes in buttermilk falls, and then head on over to Rasa Spa. I love Rasa for their tranquility room. If you don't have the extra cash to drop on facials and a massage, spend $20 and hang out the whole day in their tranquility room which gives you access to the saunas, showers, and some awesome infused water. You don't even have to leave to grab lunch, the cafe downstairs will deliver it to you!
